What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 2-4 days to process your order then 7-12 days to deliver your order


Do you ship anywhere in the world?

No, for now we only sell and deliver in the USA.


Where do we ship your product from?

Our printers are located in the USA.


Do you provide product tracking/tracking information?

Yes, wait 3 days after your order and ask us via email at contact@artdreamsgallery.com

Some items are missing from my order, what happens?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For example, if it contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most certainly arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: contact@artdreamsgallery.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still haven’t received my order. What’s taking so long?

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to solve any problems that our customers might encounter with the purchase of one of our boards. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, if the recourse is made within 30 days of the date of the order and the product or products concerned are not sold.
